To upgrade to a larger number of mailboxes, you need to order an upgrade licence key. This will be altogether a new key and you will need to replace it with the existing licence key.

The upgrade cost for larger number of mailboxes is the difference in price plus Rs.735/= Eg. If you want to upgrade from 10 user licence to 25 user you will need to pay Rs.4,200/= which is the price difference between 10 user and 25 user plus Rs.735/= which makes the total payment to Rs.4,935/=

Minor version upgrades (eg V1.3.0 to V1.5.0) are included free. Major version upgrades (eg V1.3.0 to V2.0.0) will be charged at 50% of the full price. (Unless you bought the lower version less than 3 months before the later version was released, in which case you are eligible for a free upgrade).
